Graeme Batt

Managing Director

An accountant “by trade” I  started this bookkeeping and systems consultancy business with a view that things didn’t need to be “that complicated” and that service in this industry could definitely be done better.  In the last 23 years I’ve failed as much as I’ve succeeded, I’ve seen more software, had more problems and more successes than I can mention. But the business has always been modelled around one simple mindset, that was to find out what our clients wanted, and to deliver that solution, and were still doing it 23 years later. in my spare time im an old but mad crossfitter, a CrossFit and strength and conditioning coach and I get a surf in where ever possible.

Andrew Batt


Andrew has spent more than a decade holding the key senior financial and administrative positions across multiple market sectors in Australia, Asia and the UK. Andrew’s belief is that the CFO should augment an executive team to drive the company’s visions and goals through interpreting financial data and converting it into sensible, reliable, pertinent, and valuable information. Andrew brings a holistic approach to operational experience, through his analytical excellence he brings reliable decision making skills and a level headed approach, forming strategic relationships with senior leadership.

Graham ‘Doc’ Pipes

Senior Consultant

Graham has a long history of experience in the ERP space including consulting, development and project management of major enterprise systems, roll-outs and upgrades, however he enjoys working with small to medium businesses to avoid the politics of big business. “Doc” is our resident tech-head and specializes in software development, customization and integration. In his spare time he enjoys a wine with a good meal and is on a plane travelling whenever possible.

Wendy Donnelly


With close to ten years accounts experience, great organization skills and attention to detail bookkeeping is a role she loves, Wendy is back working after the birth of her first child. Although Wendy has been known to EAB for many years she the newest member of the team and is already contributing and looking forward to continuing her career with us.

Sandra Gangell


With over a decade of office management and administration experience in various industries, Sandra still enjoys the challenge of assisting businesses meet their bookkeeping goals. When she’s not working she loves to spend time with the family, travelling, water sports, renovating and catching up with friends.

Originally from Melbourne, settled in Perth with my family 4 years ago. Hospitality Event Manager by trade, having managed budgets and large financial sectors, bookkeeping was a perfect fit. Epoch Admin has fulfilled my hopes of matching my family commitments and work aspirations.

Agnes Lennen


Agnes has extensive experience as a Management Accountant and Commercial Analyst. She is now utilizing those skills and is excited about the new opportunities and challenges arising from her new career path as a Bookkeeper. Agnes is a new mother, loves to travel, spend time on the beach and to read a good book.

Ziska Menke


With 20 years’ experience working in and with small-medium sized businesses Ziska has a unique skill set that allows her to assist clients with everything from simple set ups to complex problem solving and remediation of files that are ‘in a mess’, her specialty is integrated systems and how they talk. Believe it or not, she provides her expertise with a smile and does it all from about 4,000 kilometers away! While she’s not providing clients with quality solutions in plain English she can be found searching for adventure with her young family or exploring yet another southern highlands winery.
